Our Visionary
Dr. Paulette O. Stephens
Dr. Paulette O. Stephens is an innovative scholar-practitioner with expertise and experience in organizational change and leadership, entrepreneurship, capacity building, learning and development, and training delivery. She has worked with leaders and multi-disciplinary professionals from a variety of fields and provided consulting, training, coaching, and organizational support for leaders and organizations globally. She has been instrumental in establishing and leading innovative initiatives to inspire growth and expansion for organizations and their stakeholders.
Dr. Stephens is also a founder, entrepreneur and leader. Over the last 25 years, she has founded two organizations, owned a consulting business, and provided organizational and leadership support for her family's businesses. In addition, she has held several leadership roles in education, nonprofits, and for-profit organizations. She has also served on numerous boards providing opportunities for underrepresented groups and communities. Dr. Stephens has a special interest in supporting women and their well-being. She is the author of “Love Is Not A Fairytale”, and most recently, founded the Women’s Economic Empowerment Network (WEE NETWORK).
Dr. Stephens received her doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership from the University of Southern California, where she conducted research on issues that pertain to minorities and women in leadership. She received her master’s degree in Adult Education from North Carolina A&T State University, and bachelor’s degree in Sociology from North Carolina Central University.
Dr. Stephens believes that every individual has the ability to reach their full potential when provided with the proper platform, tools, resources, and opportunities in a growth-oriented and supportive environment.
